Purchase & Refunds

  • All payments are in UAE Dirham (AED). Prices may change at any time.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or limit orders, and cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed by resellers.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the service description.
  • Bookings may be cancelled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy:
  • Customers may cancel up to 48 hours before a trip for a full refund, minus any bank or payment processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Services

  • We provide island trips, boat tours, fishing trips, and private charters. All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bank Transfer.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed.

Weather & Safety

  • Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions. Customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time, follow safety instructions, and respect the crew and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety rules are not followed.

Liability

  • Sea Bird Island Cruises is not responsible for personal injury (unless due to proven negligence) or loss of personal belongings. All activities are undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

Changes to Booking

  • We reserve the right to modify routes, timing, or vessel if necessary.

Acknowledgment

  • These Terms govern your use of the Service and the relationship between you and the Company.
  • By using our Service, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
  • Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Termination

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Dispute Resolution

  • You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

  • If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted to achieve its purpose without affecting other provisions.
  • Failure to enforce a right does not waive it in the future.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect.
